Opening & Intention Setting
We begin by creating a safe and sacred space where everyone is supported in their healing journey. You’ll be guided to set your personal intention—whether it’s healing relationships, breaking negative cycles, or finding clarity on life challenges.

 Understanding Family Constellation Therapy

Before diving into the practical work, we will explore the foundations of Family Constellation Therapy—how unresolved ancestral traumas and hidden family dynamics influence our present reality.

 Guided Grounding & Connection Exercise
Through breath-hwork and guided meditation, you will connect with your inner self and the energy of your family system, preparing you to receive insights and healing.

 Individual Constellation Sessions
Each participant will have an opportunity to work through their personal issue by setting up a constellation—a powerful experiential process where others in the group represent family members or energies connected to the situation. Through this, hidden patterns and emotional entanglements will surface, allowing for release and healing.

Even if you are not the one setting up a constellation, simply witnessing or participating as a representative can create profound shifts within you. Healing happens on a collective level.

 

Group Reflection & Integration
After each session, we pause for reflection, allowing everyone to process and integrate their insights. Journaling, group sharing (optional), and grounding exercises will support your emotional and energetic alignment.
