Stress, anxiety, fear and depression are ever increasing topic nowadays. One in two suffer from one or multiple of the above conditions. Those conditions are created by a damaged mental state.

In today's world people are connected 24 hours using mobile phones, computer, tablets and accessing their social media, reading all types of news, articles, marketing and so many different points of views.
